Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CSM96 LLC (Lift Lab Performance and Powerbuilding 365) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the POWERBUILDING 365 training application (the “App”). This policy covers the App specifically. Our website and podcast are covered by a separate policy.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Who We Are
The POWERBUILDING 365 App is operated by CSM96 LLC, based in Brick, New Jersey. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach us at powerbuilding365@gmail.com.
Information We Collect
To make the App work, we collect and store the information you enter and a small amount of technical information needed to run your account. Specifically:
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to create and identify your account. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Profile information. The details you provide when you set up your account, including your display name, biological sex, date of birth, height, preferred units, training goal, and training environment. Biological sex and date of birth are used to calculate accurate training percentages and body composition results. We do not use these for any other purpose.
Training data. The information you log as you train, including your workout sessions, sets, repetitions, weights, effort ratings, Calibrated Max numbers, personal records, and any notes you add.
Body and health-related measurements. If you choose to use these features, we store your bodyweight entries, skinfold measurements, calculated body fat percentage, lean mass, and any injury or physical limitation flags you set to tailor your exercise recommendations. You are never required to enter this information, and you can delete it at any time.
Access and device information. To control access to the App and limit account sharing, we store the access code you redeem, the number of devices signed in to your account, and a device identifier generated by the App. We also use basic technical safeguards that record the timing of certain actions to prevent abuse of the App.
We do not collect your precise location, we do not track your activity across other apps or websites, and we do not use advertising trackers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Provide the App’s core features, including tracking your training, calculating your progress, and showing your history and charts.
Personalize your training, including adjusting exercise recommendations based on your equipment, injuries, and measurements.
Manage your account access, including verifying your book access code and enforcing device limits to prevent unauthorized sharing.
Protect the App and its users from abuse, fraud, and security threats.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Where Your Information Is Stored
Your information is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party cloud hosting and database provider that stores data on our behalf. Supabase processes this data only to provide hosting services to us and is bound by its own security and privacy obligations. We sign in to your account using Google authentication, which is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
How We Protect Your Information
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls that ensure you can only see and edit your own data. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
Your Rights and Choices
You are in control of your data.
You can view and edit most of your information directly in the App at any time.
You can delete your entire account and all associated data using the Delete Account option in the App. This permanently erases your profile, training history, measurements, records, and all other data tied to your account. This action cannot be undone.
You can contact us at powerbuilding365@gmail.com to ask questions about your data or request help with removal.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email above.
Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to Other Services
The App may link to our website or other external sites, such as our contact page or support resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we do not operate. Please review their privacy policies separately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
