LIFT LAB PERFORMANCE

Private Prep Oversight for Physique and Strength Athletes

This service is built for athletes preparing for a specific event. Bodybuilding shows, classic physique, physique division, powerlifting meets. The work is prep oversight, meaning training progression, fatigue management, bodyweight control, and peak timing are planned and managed across a defined prep window from start to finish.

Who This Is For:

You are already training consistently. You have a specific event on the calendar. You want experienced oversight managing the variables that determine how your prep unfolds so the final weeks do not become damage control.

How It Works:

Clients begin with an intake review to establish starting point, timeline, and constraints. Prep is then planned around the event date with regular check-ins and ongoing adjustments based on trends in performance, recovery, and bodyweight. Communication is structured and purposeful. Adjustments are made deliberately, not reactively. The goal is to manage fatigue and progression so performance shows up when it matters. Results depend on execution and starting point. The role of oversight is to manage the process and remove common prep mistakes.

Standards

Prep is managed for a limited number of athletes at a time.

Check-ins are scheduled, not open-ended. Adjustments are based on trends across multiple data points, not a single bad day. Crash dieting, panic peaks, and last-minute improvisation are not part of this process. If you are looking for shortcuts or someone to get excited with you, this is the wrong service.

What Happens When You Apply?

Submit the application and expect a response within 48 hours. If your starting point and timeline are a fit, you'll receive a brief follow-up with a few additional questions before a short intake call is scheduled. That call runs fifteen to twenty minutes and covers your event date, current training status, and what you're trying to accomplish. If it's a match on both sides, prep begins from there.

Applications are reviewed manually. Not all applicants are accepted.
