LIFT LAB PERFORMANCE

Private Prep Oversight for Physique and Strength Athletes

I provide private, event-based prep oversight for athletes preparing for a bodybuilding show or a powerlifting meet. This service is built around planning, monitoring, and decision-making so prep stays controlled from start to finish.

What This Is

This is not template coaching and it is not general fitness programming.

Prep oversight means managing the variables that determine how a prep unfolds. Training progression, fatigue, recovery, bodyweight change, and timing are planned and adjusted across a defined prep window so the final weeks do not turn into damage control.

The focus is preparation, not motivation.

Who This Is For

This service is for lifters who already train consistently and are preparing for a specific event. It is designed for physique competitors and powerlifters who want experienced oversight during a defined prep timeline.

This is not for beginners.
This is not lifestyle coaching.
This is not motivational support.

It is for athletes who want clarity, structure, and informed decision-making when the stakes are higher.

How It Works

Clients begin with an intake review to establish starting point, timeline, and constraints. Prep is then planned around the event date with regular check-ins and ongoing adjustments based on trends in performance, recovery, and bodyweight.

Communication is structured and purposeful. Adjustments are made deliberately, not reactively.

The goal is to manage fatigue and progression so performance shows up when it matters.

Results depend on execution and starting point. My role is to manage the process and remove common prep mistakes.

Standards

This is prep oversight, not motivational coaching.
I work with a limited number of athletes at a time.
Check-ins are scheduled and organized.
Adjustments are based on trends, not single bad days.
I do not do crash dieting, panic peaks, or last-minute improvisation.

If you are looking for hype or shortcuts, this is not a fit.
