P365 Cyclic Massocycle
Sixteen, twenty, or twenty-four weeks, depending on off-season length and monitoring discipline
How this block works: Four-week loading cycles separated by five-day maintenance deloads and marker-triggered ten-day deficit resets. RPE governs every top set. Percentages are reference points, not commandments.
Weekly monitoring is non-negotiable. Sunday morning bodyweight, waist circumference at the navel, and photo self-assessment against target zones. Without this data, the drift detection engine doesn't function and the block converts back to a standard bulk with worse tools.
The block cannot function as designed without the reset windows. If your scale is climbing well in Week 6 and your Week 6 photo assessment marks softer in three target zones, accept the drift signal and run the deficit reset. Skipping it defeats the purpose.
Enter Your Calibrated Max
Complete Week 0 first (7-day tracking phase + 4-day Week 1 testing). Perform one top set of 3 at RPE 8 for each lift. Enter the weight below and every session's loading calculates automatically.
Choose Your Block Length
Measurable tissue accumulation with the lightest monitoring burden. Fits lifters with shorter off-seasons or those running this framework for the first time.
Median length for lifters with an established mass phase history. Sweet spot for most trained athletes.
Reserved for athletes who have run this framework before and can maintain monitoring discipline across a longer window. Do not select if you know you'll skip weekly check-ins.

| Week 3 | 85% CM | 8.5 | 3 rounds |

Weekly Monitoring Reference
Every Sunday morning, log three things: bodyweight (7-day average), waist circumference at the navel, and photo self-assessment against sex-appropriate target zones.
The Bodyweight Signal
Bodyweight should trend upward at 0.25 to 0.5% bodyweight per week for advanced athletes, up to 1% per week for novice or newly returned lifters. Flat bodyweight for two consecutive weeks on a maintained surplus indicates either metabolic adaptation raising TDEE past your surplus, or the surplus is being buffered somewhere without producing tissue.
The Waist Signal
Male athletes: Two-week waist increase over 0.5 inch at flat or negative bodyweight signals fat gain outpacing muscle gain. Female athletes: Threshold is 0.75 inch across the same window. The wider female threshold reflects distributed fat storage patterns.
The Photo Signal
Male target zones: Lower abdomen, oblique line, upper chest, front delt separation. Female target zones: Waist definition, hip flare, glute-ham tie-in, mid-back detail. Answer sharper/same/softer for each zone against the previous week's photo.
When the Deficit Reset Fires
The recommendation surfaces when the bodyweight signal AND either the waist or photo signal register drift for two consecutive weeks. Bodyweight alone isn't enough. Composition signals alone aren't enough. The dual-signal requirement filters noise from real drift.
